We do our absolute best to ship out any online orders within 24 hours of the placement of the order, excluding Sundays when the shop is closed.
If would like to return your item, you may exchange or return for store credit within 10 days of purchase with original receipt.
Items returned must be in new, unused condition in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Please note, special, custom and/or made-to-order items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
Please note, all sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a store credit or exchange.
To return an online purchase, please email: thetraceshop at gmail dot com and we will respond within two business days. Once you have been authorized to make your return for store credit or exchange, send back the items to: 80 Rittenhouse Place, Ardmore PA 19003.
Note, you will be responsible for the cost incurred to ship your return. In addition, please ensure your shipment includes some form of delivery confirmation, as TRACE cannot be held responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.
Upon receipt of your shipment, TRACE will process your return and notify you via email (email address used for the original purchase), we have processed your return and issued your refund. Please allow up to ten (10) business days upon receipt of your return for the complete return process to be completed.
Please keep in mind that TRACE is not responsible for normal wear and tear on an item. Once the tag is removed, we are no longer responsible for any damages that occur to that item.
